This level of fees applies if you are purchasing property worth £500,000 - £999,999

A Registration Fee of £750.00 is payable when we receive your signed copy of our Terms and Conditions after we have met to discuss your property requirements. Once we have received this fee we will begin your search. This fee covers 4 MONTHS of research.

In addition, our Service Fees amount to the greater of either 1.5% of the purchase price or 15% of the negotiated saving between the asking price and the price you have agree to pay, for any property on which you exchange contracts to purchase, during the continuance of or within one year after the date of expiry of this contract. This fee is payable whether or not we negotiate the purchase for you.

Please note that the Registration Fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from our final invoice upon exchange of contracts for the purchase of the property.

If you are overseas, there may be mutually agreed additional fees to cover additional costs.

Any fees incurred during the acquisition i.e. for surveyors, solicitors etc. will be payable directly by you.

Please note that VAT is payable on all our fees at the current rate.
