THE NEXT STEP

Initially we would ask you to kindly fill in our Registration Form, then we will call you to arrange a convenient time and place to meet to discuss your exact requirements. We do prefer to meet within your existing home, if at all possible, as this gives us the opportunity to observe and fully understand your lifestyle requirements and preferences. Once we have all the information and the Registration Form has been signed and the Registration Fees paid, we will then begin our search on your behalf.

We will then research the area(s) specified and preview properties that best match your criteria, eliminating those unsuitable without you having to take the time to see them yourself. Once a short list of suitable properties has been drawn up we will accompany you on viewings being on hand to offer advice on each. This saves you valuable time and reduces the stresses of finding a new home immeasurably.

Throughout the whole process we will keep in regular contact and supply you with up to date reports.
